It’s hard to believe we’ve been through almost another full year of the COVID-19 pandemic. We are fast approaching yet another season that is bound to be filled with familiar challenges and frustrations. It’s time to take stock of where we’ve been, remember what we’ve learned, and understand the current CDC guidelines in place in order to get through the winter both happily and healthily.

    How we keep going — In this blog over the past year we’ve suggested some ways to manage stress and keep your sanity through COVID-19. It’s worth mentioning a few of them again — self care techniques to soothe your body and unwind your mind, getting back to nature for a perspective check, getting through the winter with COVID-19 (still applies today), keeping physically active beyond work to maintain strength, health, and mood, and of course movies and books for escapist relief. Above all, we keep going by focusing on the future instead of dwelling on today’s malaise.
